  The reason I am giving this place 1 out of 5 is mainly due to the price. This small hot and limited room charges the same rate as let's say a holiday inn.
  I have been here for a half hour and these are the things I do not care for:
  
  1.) There is no air conditioning and the rooms are hot. (Plus side: they provide 1 small noisy fan)
  
  2.) When it advertises free WiFi. It is limited WiFi (40mb)
  
  3.) Room is seriously outdated
  
  4.) The tv in the room is slightly bigger than a tablet.
  
  I understand small town and all. But there should be no reason why the room rate should be what it is.
  
  First and last time staying in this "hotel"

  This wasn't a bad place. For the price I was expecting a bit nicer but it's very clean and the food in the restaurant was very good. They allowed our dog so that was nice.

  It served it's purpose in a pinch but I would not recommend it. It has been recently (and cheaply) renovated but still shows its age and history, bathroom lights didn't work, restaurant toilet started to flood when the sink faucet was turned on and the steady stream of drunks coming to the front counter to purchase off sales liquor was, at least, kind of entertaining. I don't know if there is anywhere better to stay in Watson Lake but I suggest you try and find it.

  A trash pit. That's all there is to it. Unwelcoming staff at the front desk followed by a beat up and dirty room with a broken thermostat. After being moved to a new room on the other side of the hotel we were greeted by two worn out springy mattresses with one measly thin blanket. There is way more to say but I can't bare to waste the time typing about this slum hole. It's simple, go to any other hotel in this town and you are almost guaranteed to get better service at a better cost.

  Restaurant is a bad joke. Four of us at table, all ordered at the same time. Food came at 10 minute intervals. First one who got their food was completely done eating before the next was even served. Same thing for every other table too. Nobody was happy. Best to go somewhere else. Rate 1 star out of 5.
